Filed a claim over 48 hours ago.They assigned repairs to a provider over 8 hours away.
5 calls to resolve, still nothing. Manager to call me back in 48 hours... still waiting. This started 3 days ago, called 1800.474.4047.
Representative was hard to understand, and would not give me any information as to how to speak with their manager, dispatcher, or corporate office. Nothing but a run around. Over 4 hours on the phone, all to the same number, with the same results, i need to wait 48 hours and things will be resolved.
It has been 48 hours plus some, no calls back, nothing scheduled, no email, no nothing.If anyone knows corporate's phone number or this Sandi Finn, the president of total proctect home phone number I would appreciate it!!
