June 2017 HVAC systems(Amana) sent information to Thermostat that there was a problem with the unit. Call Total Protect and the sent out a service repair company 20 June 2017.

This company could not fix or correct the problem, paid for flat rate service Fee $100. Call TP back to advise that problem was still existing and requested approval to find a service provider that was familiar with Amanda products. Received Approval .

All Air determined the problem and requested the parts which was provided by Amana. The was units were fixed in 3 Jan 2018.

Invoice ($497.92)for reimbursement was submitted twice by emails followed up by several phones call.

As of 29 June2018 Total Protect has not paid nor have I received in writing the status of the claim.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $498.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
